Shipping Rates - United States
Once you've selected your item and have proceeded to the check-out page, your shipping options will be displayed and you will have the option as to how you would like your item shipped. In some cases you will have the option to select a shipping method of your choice, while in others there will only be a flat rate option which normally ship via UPS Ground.
Shipping Rates - International
For international rates please contact us. As an international customer, your shipping rate will be determined on a case by case basis. We will respond to your inquiry with your rate and payment instructions. All VAT, brokerage and customs fees will be the responsibility of the client.
Canadian residents will be charged GST. Residents of Ontario, Canada will be charged HST.
Return of non-defective items
All non-defective items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All returns must be made in the original manufacturer's box with all manufacturer supplied packaging and a copy of the invoice. The customer must contact Humidorsandmore.com who will authorize the return. Should the customer return a product without authorization they will not be reimbursed. The customer will also not be reimbursed in cases where the recipient refuses to accept the shipment.
Shipping charges and sales tax will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the buyer. We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Returns after the 30 day period are subject to the same process and will be also be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Return of defective or damaged items
Please make sure to inspect your shipment upon delivery. Should your humidor, or any other item in your order arrive damaged, or is defective due to manufacturing errors, you must notify us by email within 2 business days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with all the necessary information to return the defective or damaged item. Once we receive and inspect the item, an exchange or refund will be authorized.
Cases where the color of the item does not match the color of the picture on the website do not qualify as defective items. This is due to the fact that many factors, including your monitor settings and other hardware/software settings can make the colors look different on various computers. For these cases the rules for the return of non-defective items apply.
Refunds for both defective/damaged and non-defective/damaged items will be made within 14 days of Humidorsandmore.com receiving delivery of the item.
